The institution follows the refund rules and regulations prescribed by the relevant Government authorities, statutory bodies, and regulatory agencies from time to time.

Refund of Fees

1. Any request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees must be submitted in writing to the institution along with the required supporting documents.
2. Refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable Government, University, UGC, State Government, or other competent authority guidelines, as amended from time to time.
3. The amount refundable, if any, shall be determined after deducting applicable charges as per the prevailing rules and regulations.
4. The institution reserves the right to verify all records and documents before processing any refund request.

Mode of Refund

1. If any amount is found refundable to the student after applying the applicable rules and deductions, the refund shall be made only through an Account Payee Cheque issued in the name of the student or the parent/guardian, as per the institution's records.
2. The student may be required to submit identification documents, original fee receipts, bank details, and any other documents deemed necessary for processing the refund.
3. Refund processing may take a reasonable period after approval of the refund request and completion of all required formalities.

Final Decision

The decision of the institution regarding eligibility, amount, and processing of refund, based on the applicable Government and regulatory guidelines, shall be final and binding.
